About Us

The Mansfield Center for the Performing Arts, a division of the City of Great Falls features the Mansfield Theater, the Mansfield Convention Center and the Mansfield Box Office. The Mansfield Center, in the Great Falls Civic Center building, is located at the heart of downtown and is designated a national historic landmark.

The Mansfield Center for the Performing Arts is an ideal venue demonstrated by its:

  • adaptability - from big spaces to small, elegant to casual, indoors to outdoors, the Center can be tailored to suit an event's needs
  • demographics - centrally located in Montana, close to Canada and accessible by an International Airport
  • amenities - nearby restaurants, shops, hotels and parking
  • professional services - such as box office ticketing, marketing, security, backstage staffing and house management

Let us make your plans a little easier. Whether it's a meeting for 20 or a conference for 2,500, the Mansfield Convention Center is an ideal site. Renovated in 1991, the Mansfield Convention Center is suitable for exhibits, convention sessions, trade shows, meetings, performances, fundraisers and large banquets. Its 15,300 square feet may be divided into sections allowing for nice break-out spaces; and offers electrical outlets throughout the floor and an inventory of furniture. For warm weather events, the Mansfield Convention Center is flanked by two lush parks. Your personal event manager can help you take care of the details from accommodations and catering to decorating and facilitating permits. In addition, there are five other excellent rooms available.

The Mansfield Theater has hosted a myriad of events and world-famous performers such as Yo Yo Ma, Bonnie Rait, Bill Engvall and more have graced the stage. Built in the 1930s, under the Works Progress Administration, the plush Mansfield Theater showcases its historic elegance through intricate architecture and acoustics that are unrivaled in the state. The intimate 1,782-seat venue is adaptable for concerts, ballet, grand opera, road shows, country and rock music spectaculars, musical stage productions, travelogues, conventions and lectures.
