All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket for entrance

Internet, phone and mail orders will be charged a non-refundable $2 per ticket convenience fee

Payment in full must be made using one payment type (check, cash or credit card)

Authorized ticket exchanges will be charged a $2 per ticket exchange fee

To help eliminate lines at the door, Will Call tickets may be picked up during regular hours, please present picture ID or order confirmation

For patrons in wheelchairs who choose to sit in a regular theater seat, companions may store their wheelchairs in the north or south theater hallways
