How do I buy online?
The Mansfield Box Office boasts an interactive ticket purchasing system which enables patrons to find and buy tickets easily over the Internet. Search for seats to events or performances using one of the following ways:
- By browse categories
- By date - click on a date using the calendar
- Featured Events - all events are listed in the this section in date order
What is the credit card security code and why do I need to use it during an on-line transaction?
The card security code (CSC) is usually a 3 - or 4 - digit number, that is not part of the credit card number. It is located on the back of a credit card (usually in the signature field). On some cards, all or part of the card number appears before the CSC. The CSC number appears only on the card itself (not on receipts or statements); therefore providing some assurance that the physical card is in the possession of the buyer.
CSC is known by different names depending on the type of credit card. CSC is known to Visa as the Card Verification Code (CVV2) and to MasterCard as the Card Validation Code (CVC2).
Are there additional costs if I choose to not purchase in person?
Yes. Tickets sold online, over the phone or by mail are subject to a convenience fee. The convenience fee pays for costs associated with the Mansfield Box Office system. The convenience fee is per ticket and non-refundable.
Where may I purchase tickets in person?
There are two options.
- The Mansfield Box Office - located in the Mansfield Convention Center of the Great Falls Civic Center. The street address is 2 Park Drive South. The Mansfield Box Office is located on the southwest side of the building, look for the sign above the Convention Center doors. There are no convenience fees for purchases made in person. Hours are Monday-Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
- The Box Office is also open 1.5 hours before the start time of an event in the Mansfield Theater. The Theater Box Office is located in the northeast corner of the Theater lobby of the Civic Center.
Does the Mansfield Theater offer ADAS seating?
Yes. There are wheelchair and companion positions dispersed throughout the main floor of the Theater. Wheelchair positions are open (no fixed theater seat), leaving space that accommodates one wheelchair. The companion positions are also open and are next to the wheelchair positions. For the companion positions, a padded chair will be brought in for companions. On the Mansfield Theater seating map, these positions are identified in blue.
Patrons needing a wheelchair ramp should use the northeast parking lot and enter the building through the northeast entrance.
Does the Mansfield Theater offer hearing assistance devices for the hearing impaired?
At this time, the Mansfield Theater does not offer headphones or other equipment to assist the hearing impaired. The overall Theater is intimate and the acoustics are excellent so for most performances the sound carries well.
How are the Loge (lower balcony) and the Balcony (upper balcony) accessed?
For both levels, patrons may take stairs or use the Theater's elevator (located on the north side of the Theater lobby) to get to the second floor. To access the balcony, there are thirteen stairs and then 2 stairs per row (either down to the Loge or up to the Balcony).
If I order by phone or the Internet, when and how will I receive my tickets?
Orders default on Will Call, Patrons may select mail when the system is still providing that option.
Tickets are sent using regular mail if they are ordered more than seven days prior to an event. Tickets ordered over the phone are mailed within one working day of an order. Tickets ordered over the Internet are processed immediately and mailed within three working days.
When not purchased in person, ticket orders placed less than seven days prior to an event, are held for pick up in Will Call (Will Call means a ticket is pre-paid) and not mailed.
Upon request, any ticket may be asked to be held in Will Call and not mailed. Will Call tickets may be picked up at the Mansfield Box Office during regular business hours or at the front of house the day of an event.
